At Addis Housewares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned housewares, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
